The nearest international airport is Rostov-on-Don (IATA: ROV), which is located within 70 km from Taganrog. It takes around 2 hours to get from the airport to Taganrog city center by car. Rostov-on-Don is very well connected with all the three international airports of Moscow: Domodedovo (DME, by S7), Sheremetyevo (SVO, by Donavia and AviaNova), and Vnukovo (VKO, by Donavia, SkyExpress, and UTair). Several flights a week take place from/to European hubs, such as Frankfurt (Lufthansa, Donavia), Vienna (Austrian), Prague (Czech Airlines, Donavia), and Istanbul (Turkish Airlines, Donavia).

Visa assistance. All guests of the conference, except citizens of Russia and CIS countries, have to apply for a business visa to a nearest Russian consulate. Business visa applications should be submitted together with invitations from Russian migration authorities. The organizers will help you to obtain these invitations. For your visa invitation, please send the following information to Ekaterina Maro (marokat [at] gmail dot com):

a scan copy of the title page of your passport;
country, region (state), and place of birth;
name, address, phone, fax, and email of your employing institution and your position;
in case you are going to use the opportunity to visit other venues during your stay in Russia, please name them and send us approximate dates of your arrival and departure;
venue of a Russian consulate responsible for drawing visas in your area (feel free to contact us if unsure).

Please note, that if you submit your visa invitation data after July 1st, we will have to ask you to refund our expenses on delivering your invitation by an express delivery service (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Apologies for our inability to process your data after July 25th. Registration of new guests from outside Russia and CIS countries after this date is useless.
